Trip Underway turns forwarded confirmation emails into one clean, current trip board. Forward a flight, hotel, or car confirmation to a private address and it is parsed, deduped, and stitched into a day-by-day itinerary, for a single traveler or for everyone whose travel you plan: yourself, family, or, on the Pro plan, up to eight people you coordinate for. It works from forwarded email alone, with no inbox connection to set up.
A change feed shows every schedule change, cancellation, and gate update since the last check, dated and diffed in one list instead of reopening each confirmation by hand. A day-of briefing email arrives at 6:05am Eastern on travel days with the flight, hotel, and car details for that day, and live alerts flag delays, gate changes, and cancellations as they happen.
Every trip gets a branded, shareable itinerary link that updates automatically, alongside a live TripIt mirror for anyone switching over. The deal center ranks fare drops and award seats forwarded from newsletters and checks them against live inventory before calling anything bookable, and a read-only connector lets Claude or ChatGPT answer questions about a trip in conversation.
Trip Underway is free to start, with a Traveler plan for live alerts and family boards, and a Pro plan built for executive assistants, chiefs of staff, family offices, and travel advisors who run travel for other people, each traveler with a labeled board and a private forwarding address.

One board per traveler
