AI-run task management that plans, chases, and reports on your work.

Task Attaché is a task management service built around a retired-intelligence-agent persona who takes on your task list as a private client. You describe what needs to happen in plain English, and the service sequences the work, follows up on what slips, and names what you keep avoiding.
Capture happens by typing a task the way you would say it, with a date, priority, and tags read out of one line, or by talking through a brain dump that comes back as a list of proposed tasks. Goal sized items are broken into three to seven sequenced steps with dates that land before the deadline, and nothing is created until you approve the plan.
Once tasks are live, a morning briefing names the one thing to handle first, reminders repeat every ten minutes until acknowledged, and a task postponed three times prompts an offer to break it down, reschedule it, or drop it. A debrief records what changed when a task is finished.
A Model Context Protocol server lets your own AI assistant read, add, complete, and reschedule tasks on the same live list, and tasks can be imported directly from Remember The Milk's own export. Email hello@epiphani.studio to join the list for the native iPhone and iPad app.
Type a task the way you would say it, such as a date, priority, list, and tags in one line, and they are read out of the sentence. Hold the button and talk instead: a spoken brain dump comes back as proposed tasks with clarifying questions attached.
Give it something goal sized, and it returns three to seven sequenced steps with dates set to land before the deadline. Nothing is created until you review and approve the plan.

A Model Context Protocol server, secured with OAuth 2.1 and PKCE, lets your own AI assistant read, add, complete, and reschedule tasks on the same live list you use.
Tasks import from Remember The Milk's own export and are matched by RTM id, so importing the same file again avoids creating duplicates.
