About

SealHawk is a signing service for agreements that need a clear record. Upload the exact PDF, place signature, date, and text fields on the page, and send it to one person or fifty, in a fixed order or all at once. Each signer opens a signing page in any modern browser, confirms the ESIGN disclosure, types a full legal name, and signs.

Every signature closes with an automatically captured evidence record: ESIGN Act and UETA elements, a SHA-256 fingerprint of the document, an RFC 3161 trusted timestamp from DigiCert, a tamper-evident seal, and a full audit trail. An optional emailed one-time code adds evidence of mailbox control, and day-three and day-seven reminders follow up with pending signers.

Completed agreements land in a contract library with their certificate and audit trail, and a daily check flags renewals and notice deadlines before they come due. Claude, ChatGPT, or any agent can draft, send, track, and verify through the MCP server and REST API.

Guided signing

Signers open an account-free page, check the ESIGN disclosure, type their full legal name, and sign. Place signature, date, and text fields on your exact PDF.
