MapMyContacts
Puts every contact with an address on a full-screen map of your iPhone.
About
MapMyContacts reads your contacts and plots everyone with an address on a full-screen map. See who you know in any city, and catch more chances to say hello. It is built for the moment you land somewhere new and want to know who is already there.
The Nearby list groups your contacts by city and sorts them by distance, with a tap to call, message, or get directions. A proximity notification lets you know when you are close to someone you know, and each contact's card shows their local time, so you know whether it is a good time to call before you dial.
Reconnect rhythms let you pick a cadence for anyone, from weekly to yearly, and the app flags who you are overdue to see. Trips add a destination and your dates and surface who you already know nearby, most-overdue first, with a reminder the morning before you leave.
Your contacts are read and mapped right on your iPhone, with nothing to sign into or set up. Addresses are resolved to map locations through Apple's own geocoding, the same system behind Maps.
Full-screen map, sorted Nearby list
Everyone you know with an address, plotted on a map you can explore by city, neighborhood, or region. The Nearby list shows who is close right now, sorted by distance, grouped by city, with one tap to call, message, or get directions.
Proximity nudges and local time
One notification when you are near someone you know, so you get a better chance to say hello. Each contact's card shows their local time, so you know whether it is a good time to call before you dial.
Keep in touch, on your schedule
Pick a reconnect rhythm for anyone, weekly to yearly, or a looser Soon, and tap I said hello when you do. The app flags who you are overdue to see, and the nearby nudge knows it.
Trips: who's near where you're going
Add a place and your dates and see the people you already know near your destination before you travel, most-overdue first, with one reminder the morning before you leave.
Tags, links, and where you met
Tag contacts with your own labels and filter the Nearby list by a saved tag chip. Link two people you know with a label in your own words, and give any contact an optional memory anchor for the place and moment you met.
Widgets, Siri, and backup
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show who is nearby and upcoming birthdays at a glance, and Siri can answer who you know near any location. Reconnect rhythms, hello history, and tags export to JSON or CSV.
