About

Fortuity Health pulls Apple Health data, lab results, medications, conditions, and food into one longitudinal health record, built for anyone who wants years of scattered health data in a single place they control.

Every entry is a ten-second act: a tap to log a pill or a drink, a barcode scan for food, sleep tracked automatically from an Apple Watch night. Weight, body fat, lean mass, and waist measurements build into a record that spans years instead of a single weigh-in.

Fortuity reads that record back. Fortuities surface patterns in your own data with the evidence cited alongside them, Ask Fortuity answers plain-language questions against your history, and the Annual Review turns a year of tracking into a one-page report you can print for your doctor.

One record

Activity, heart rate, HRV, VO2 max, blood oxygen, and blood pressure sync from Apple Health, alongside lab results, conditions, immunizations, and allergies, so clinical and daily data live in the same place.

Sleep, staged

Core, deep, and REM sleep stages are tracked automatically on nights worn with Apple Watch, with sleep and wake times compared against your own 30-day and yearly norms.

Medications that stick

Doses are logged with timeline history, and pharmacokinetic half-life modeling shows what a transition between medications actually looks like in your body over time.

Food in one scan

Search USDA FoodData Central or scan a barcode with Open Food Facts, confirm the nutrition, and it joins the same record as your activity, sleep, and labs.

Fortuities and Ask Fortuity

AI-identified patterns in your own data arrive with cited evidence and a historical comparison, and Ask Fortuity answers natural-language questions against your personal record with citations.

The Annual Review

A one-page printable report of the year's trends and correlations, built for the doctor's office, with no provider login required to generate it.
