About

Agent Companion is a Mac menu-bar app and an iPhone and iPad app that put every agent session on your Macs in one place: Claude Code, Codex, and Antigravity. The iPhone lists the sessions on every Mac signed in to your account, shows which are working and which are waiting on you, and opens any thread to read it.

From your phone you can send a message into a running session, answer Allow or Deny, including from a Lock Screen Live Activity, and change a session's model or effort, interrupt it, or archive it. Voice Memos record and transcribe on the iPhone, then route to the session you pick, and Photo, Video, and Slo-mo go straight into a new Mac session.

On the Mac, Back up and sync copies your Claude Desktop sidebar to every signed-in account with one tap, from a movable card or the Control-Option-Command-B shortcut. Account lanes show each account's state and headroom across Claude, ChatGPT, and Antigravity, so you can see where to send the next job.

A routines dispatcher runs scheduled work once per Mac across accounts, a handoff view lists what is ready to launch, and a built-in MCP server with eight tools connects Claude Desktop to the same controls.

Every session, one list

Pinned, Running, Open, and Archived views show each session with its Mac, model, and age, and mark the ones waiting for you.

Answer from the Lock Screen

Allow or Deny a permission request from a Live Activity, so a session that paused for you gets going again in seconds.

Voice Memos that find their session

Record an idea, let the iPhone transcribe it, and send it into the Claude session you choose, with a status showing it arrived.

Back up and sync

One tap copies your sidebar sessions to every signed-in Claude account, and the panel shows the last backup and how many sessions it copied.
